Information collected

Contact forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, buying or selling interest, and a free-form message.

Booking forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, buying or selling interest, preferred date and time, and an optional note.

Please do not submit social insurance numbers, banking credentials, identification documents, or other sensitive records through these forms.

Why the information is collected

Contact and booking information is used only to respond to the inquiry or appointment request you submitted. It is not added to newsletters, market updates, listing promotions, or other ongoing marketing without separate consent.

If an inquiry becomes an active client relationship or transaction, additional information may be handled separately under applicable brokerage, transaction, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Service providers and where information goes

Web3Forms processes and forwards contact and booking submissions through servers located in the United States. Web3Forms states that it does not keep form submissions as a submission database, although its server logs may temporarily contain personal information and are periodically deleted.

Submissions are delivered to Kory Bruce’s Microsoft Outlook inbox. Only Kory accesses that inbox.

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may receive ordinary technical request metadata needed to deliver the site. Google-hosted fonts cause your browser to connect to Google’s font services.

This website currently uses no advertising pixels, behavioural advertising, or analytics trackers.

Calculators and checklists

During normal JavaScript operation, calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to Web3Forms.

Checklist progress is stored only in that browser using localStorage. It is not submitted to Kory. You can remove saved progress with the checklist’s Reset Checklist button or through your browser’s site-data controls.

Retention and safeguards

Inquiries that do not lead to an active client relationship are deleted within 24 months of the last communication. Records related to an active client, transaction, legal obligation, or regulatory requirement may be retained longer where necessary.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, including limiting inbox access to Kory. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access, correction, deletion, and updates

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing korybruce@outlook.com. Some information may need to be retained where an active client, transaction, legal, brokerage, or regulatory requirement applies.

This policy may be updated when site practices or service providers change. The updated date at the top will show when the policy was last revised.
